Shipping
We ship our products directly from the US/china. The average delivery time is 1–2 weeks from the date of purchase, subject to possible delays due to customs or international shipping.
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your shipment status.
Important to know:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They may vary during peak periods (such as holidays and sales).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or factors beyond our control — but we will do our best to keep you updated and assist with tracking your order.
- Please make sure the shipping address you provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
If more than 3 weeks have passed and you haven't received your order or any tracking update — please contact us and we'll look into it together.
Returns
We offer our customers 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Return Conditions
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging and accessories.
- Please include your order number or receipt as proof of purchase.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is on us — whether the item is defective/faulty or you've simply changed your mind, you will not be charged for return shipping.
How to Return an Item

- We'll send you instructions and a prepaid return label at no cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you and process your refund.
Refund
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business daysof receiving and approving the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a quick resolution (replacement or full refund) at no cost to you.
